Notobryon wardi  Odhner, 1936

When disturbed uses Notobryon wardi it's medio-dorsal posterior crest as a 'paddle', to swim by vigorously waving it from side to side. This shot shows a specimen in situ, here is the same specimen in a vessel.
The pictures #7, #8, #9, and #10 were originally posted at these websites as Notobryon sp. 01 with the comment: "It is Notobryon sp. 1 in IPN at page 327",
Pola et al. (2012) consider it a variant of N. wardi.
