It is characterized by its orange body, and by its white cerata, rhinophores, and oral tentacles, all of them are basally translucent tan. This species is as Phyllodesmium sp. 8 in IPN page 390, let me quote the description: " Body reddish-orange to orange with white apices to the cerata, rhinophores, and oral tentacles.
