Glossodoris buko  Matsuda & Gosliner, 2018

Glossodoris buko has a translucent whitish mantle with a yellowish-orange marginal band. It is characterized by the opaque white markings on the mantle.
There are no external features to distinguish Glossodoris buko  Matsuda & Gosliner, 2018
from Glossodoris pallida (Rüppell & Leuckart, 1830) [Doris]. It was posted at these websites on 14 June 2003 with that name.
Matsuda & Gosliner (2018) restricted Glossodoris pallida (Rüppell & Leuckart, 1830) to the Indian Ocean and established Glossodoris buko for the specimens from the Pacific Ocean.
I changed it on 27 August 2018 into Glossodoris buko  Matsuda & Gosliner, 2018.
