This species was posted on 22 October 2004 at these websites as Peltodoris rubra (Bergh, 1905) [Discodoris], Dayrat (2010) moved it
to the provisional genus ‘Montereina’ MacFarland, 1905, I changed it on 11 June 2011
into ‘Montereina’ rubra (Bergh, 1905) [Discodoris].
I noticed on 7 June 2018 that WoRMS lists 'Montereina' rubra with the status alternate representation and changed it back
intoPeltodoris rubra (Bergh, 1905) [Discodoris].
