This is an unidentified or undescribed species of the family Chromodorididae  Bergh, 1891,
I have no idea on the generic placement. There is one species with similar radiate red spots/lines:
Chromodorididae catalai (Rudman, 1990), formerly known as Noumea catalai Rudman, 1990, which lacks the orange marginal band and has no blue pigment around the red patches.
It might be a very strange variant of Hypselodoris kaname  Baba, 1994.
Dr. Alicia Hermosillo-González labelled it "hypselodoris 1.JPG".
Gary Cobb wrote on the above picture: "This matches Hypselodoris sp. 8 in Nudibranchs of the World pg.123".
