Pretty similar are:
Goniobranchus preciosus which has an outer blue line at the mantle margin.
Goniobranchus albonares which has white gills and relatively large white rhinophores.
This species was posted on 4 September 2003 at these websites as Chromodoris verrieri (Crosse, 1875) [Goniodoris],
R.F. Johnson & Gosliner (2012) moved it to the reerected ("rescued from synonymy") genus Goniobranchus Pease, 1866.
