Okenia lambat is characterized by eight pairs of elongate marginal papillae and a single
medial papillae in front of the four simple gills. The rhinophores are are very long, similar in length
to the mantle papillae. The papillae, rhinophores and gills are yellowish white with brown patches.
The mantle is opaque yellowish white. There is a broad mid-dorsal band of brown that runs
from in front of the rhinophores to the posterior end of the foot. This band is broken up into
a series of patches by a network of thin white lines. The brown band is outlined with a thin
opaque white line.
