The sacoglossan Elysia sp. 25 is not yet identified or still undescribed, I call it Elysia sp. 25 to distinguish it from other species of Elysia, until I know its name.
Elysia sp. 25 is characterized by its mottled translucent orange/greenish background colour, with small white tipped tubercles on body, head and parapodia. The above specimen is obviously very tiny. The bright green parapodia are out of focus, but seem to be ruffled.
It is most likely a colour form of Elysia sp. 12   Genus: Risso, 1818, I keep them seperate until I know more.
The sacoglossan expert Kathe R. Jensen writes (pers. comment) on the above specimen:"Even out of focus, this is an Elysia, but as for species I am afraid that even a focused picture would not be sufficient. There are so many similar - and undescribed - species in the Indo-West Pacific region."
