Placida sp. 03 is characterized by a translucent whitish/greenish body, cerata and rhinophores. The bright green digestive gland does not completely fill the cerata and branches in the rhinophores. The cerata and rhinophores have minute white flecks. There are white tips on the cerata.
This species is most probably as Placida sp. 4 in Gosliner et al. (2015), page 75 which is known from Vanuatu and Mariana Islands, though it differs by dark green digestive gland.
